Warts: Plantar & Genital

Warts (normal, plantar and genital): Warts are a type of skin infection caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). The infection causes rough, skin-colored bumps to form on the skin. The virus is contagious. Common areas affected include the hands, feet and genitals.

Post procedure: A light crusting with a mild degree of swelling will be visible covering the lasered sites which will dry out and flake after 4 – 7 days +/-. The soft pinkish skin that is exposed needs to be protected with a high sunblock daily until natural skin colouring returns.
